Before any ‘Ashford Brand’ can be created it is essential that the many stakeholders are enrolled in the project and happy to adopt the outcomes. Client: Ashford Brand Steering Committee Brief: 1. To author a process that will lead to the creation of a brand for Ashford, Kent. 2. To identify the key stakeholders of the project and enrol them within the project process 3. To arrive at a consensus of the values and attitudes that a brand for Ashford should possess. 4. To produce a strategic analysis document that outlines the process, the concensus and the way forward.
