Process

The process is authored in order to allow an authentic artistic response to the organisation’s identity whilst also creating something of genuine value to the business concerned.

The starting point is to assume that the organisation’s values are most authentically expressed by their people and that any piece of work should have their direct contribution and involvement. In addition, any strategic change of direction that the organisation may wish to bring about needs to be meaningful to the same people.

It’s important therefore that the process should explore perspectives of the organisation from the management, from the external world and, most importantly, from the employees.
