Portrait of Bank
Part arts project and part corporate this project began because Coutts & Co, The Almeida Theatre and Arts & Business agreed with our assertion that you could make a film that had a corporate and organisational use but which had genuine authenticity and artistic integrity unto itself. In other words, this is ‘art’ but it’s also a piece about brand identity. It was made as a the culmination of an arts-based process where the content for the piece was established only after workshops had been held with people at all levels of the organisation. Collaborators included the artist and workshop facilitator Roddy Maude-Roxby, Photographer Marcus Tate, film editor Paul Carlin and composer David Benke. The result is a beautiful film that has beguiled and surprised audiences within Coutts and outside. The project was made possible with an investment by Arts & Business. Coutts & Co are the principal sponsors of the Almeida Theatre. Click here to watch the film on the Coutts website or contact Boz to request a DVD copy.
